The idea behind the shoot is to capture the natural beauty of the objects around us in daily life, the things we do not notice often. The photos have shown simplicity, balance and calmness which echo the spirits of Bird Meditation – to find focus, rest and mindfulness in lives.

Playing with objects with natural colours and lightings to create interesting shadows, the photoshoot for Bird Meditation launching campaign was a fun and inspirational experience.
